RATES:

$2,500 - $3,350/week |
- Holiday weeks: Additional $300/week
- Special Event fee: Additional $200 charge

Rental Policy: |
- All rates subject to 12% state tax
- 50% of total due with reservation
- Remaining 50% due within 60 days of arrival
- Minimum 4 night stay required (One Week in season)
- A 1/2 day charge required to guaranty late check-out or early check-in & is not always available
- All rates and taxes are subject to change
- Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- No Smoking
- No Pets Allowed

Deposit Policy: |
- A $375 damage deposit ($500 special events) required at reservation
- Damage deposit refunded 30 days after departure

Refund Policy: |
- No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival
- Cancellations at least 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded if unit re-rented for same time period less $300 cancellation fee
- No refunds in the event of hurricanes, tropical storms, or inclement weather; we highly recommend travel insurance for your trip, which may be available for health and weather-related problems.
