Florida Vacation Rental Rates and Policies

RATES:

$800-$2000 per night

POLICIES:

• All rates subject to 13% state tax
• $200 cleaning fee
• 50% of total due with reservation
• Remaining 50% due within 60 days of arrival
• Minimum 4 night stay required (One Week in season)
• Preferred Saturday Arrival/Departure day
• A 1/2 day charge required to guaranty late check-out or early check-in & is not always available
• All rates and taxes are subject to change
• Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allowed
• External video cameras monitor driveway & side entry for security. Tampering with cameras & related equipment prohibited & results in removal of guests & forfeiture of all funds paid.

Deposit Policy:

• A $500 damage deposit ($1,500 special events) required at reservation
• Damage deposit refunded 30 days after departure

Refund Policy:

• No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival
• Cancellations at least 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded if unit re-rented for same time period less $300 cancellation fee plus any difference in rates collected 
• No refunds in the event of hurricanes, tropical storms, or inclement weather; we highly recommend travel insurance for your trip, which may be available for health and weather-related problems.

Hurricane / Troppical Store / Severe Weather Policy:

We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. This includes hurricanes, tropical storms or other weather conditions. We highly recommend your getting travel insurance for your trip. It is up to the Guest to purchase this coverage for their trip.

Coverage is available for health and weather-related problems. Please call the insuring company direct or order online to purchase this in your name. Our website has a link to a site that provides quotes for your travel insurance.

What's Covered?

Travel insurance may cover a traveler's vacation investment if severe weather conditions directly affect their travel arrangements or accomodations. For example, if a traveler is forced to cancel a trip due to a hurricane, travel insurance with trip cancellation can provide a reimbursement for nonrefundable expenses, up to the limit of coverage purchased.

If severe weather forces the evacuation of the traveler's unit, the travel insurance may provide reimbursement for nonrefundable expenses, and additional travel expenses. For losses to be covered, travel insurance must be purchased before a hurricane is forecast or predicted. Once a storm is named, losses resulting from a hurricane that has been forecast or predicted on or before the effective date of coverage are excluded.

All claims willl be evaluated on their own merits at the time of adjudication.
